Sunlight hits the spot
Went for a walk at lunchtime today. The sun was shining and it was warm enough to go without a jacket.
I took the back drive then veered off down the cycle track and along the path beside the Safari Park.....through the old gate and into the small woodland that skirts the perimeter fence and passed the old fish pond now covered in green algae and overgrown by weeds. I used to love this spot...before it was let go... and enjoyed many a day sitting on one of the toadstools reading a book and eating a snack lunch.
The toadstools are original to the house. The family remember them 'always being there'.
The light hitting this one caught my eye as I walked passed.
