Casa gato!

Another hot and sunny day in Portugal. Breakfast on the roof then swimming lesson no 3 for no 3 from her private coach! It's fascinating to watch the process of teaching someone to swim. I thought they were just playing in the pool but each 'game' has a purpose. 3 days in and she is already swimming 8 metres. She is proud as punch!

Took an afternoon trip up to our old fav beach just outside Portamao. We stayed there last year and walked down to see the sunset from a great wee cafe. Can't see the sea from our villa this year, but the pools heated and even I have bared my as....SOUL for a daily dip.

Here's a little something we spotted by the beach. Huge house with great big walls and they have added a little cat gate...tiled to perfection.....looked it and thought of a fellow blippers cat Moot. Think he would approve of this.

Just About to sit down to some fabulous home cooking. There's a great supermarket here called Appolonia which makes shopping a daily pleasure. They even have special loo roll. The loo roll with mathematical equation is in the teens loo(they a studying for prelims) ...the batman loo roll for no 3, the Scotty dog loo roll for mr and mrs P.
