Five a day

In Conwy to see Doc again (forgot to get a sick note yesterday) and was looking for Blips after a quick coffee in a nice shop

Unfortunately, on the way back to the car I had to pass a cake shop - I mean - they just have them there in the window and I hadn't had a bun with my coffee

AND then I remembered that I am not very good at keeping to my 5 a Day and an Apple Turnover MUST count as at least one - probably 2 due to the apple slices on the top

SO I got one and had it at home with another coffee

and then had a shower to rinse off all the apple syrup, cream, apple stuff and drool

Oh - and remember the calories don't count if you blip it so win win really
