Women's march, New Orleans

One of the people we met earlier in the week told us there would be a big women's march today so we went to join. It went through the French quarter and the central business district. There was a jazz band playing. Ever march should have a jazz band!

Lots of people marching, lots of support from people watching the march. And the whole range of issues represented - reproductive rights, LGBT rights, immigrant rights & DACA, Black lives matter.

I've added a few more shots to the extras including a few good signs.

We spent the rest of the day in the French quarter and went to Preservation Hall to hear brilliant jazz in the evening.
