Still White

No sign of the promised thaw here yet and it's still icy cold today though a bit of blue sky was a welcome relief from yesterday's dismal weather.  Stayed in and caught up on the washing etc. and managed to resist that delicious birthday cake that's sitting in the tin.  A letter from the Practise Nurse tells me my blood sugar levels are slightly raised and I've to have a Fasting Glucose Test on Thursday morning, so better be good until then:-)
