Grandpa and Rhona

Dentist again today. Last filling for a while now.

Didn't sleep great as the wee ones were both restless. The bedroom was cold and I had only brought one blanket for Rhona so she ended up sleeping in bed with me til about 4am. It meant she fed about 4 times during the night when she normally sleeps through from 10pm. Euan was up to pee in the night too and was quite restless in the cot. At least they had a lie in til 8 which meant we missed having breakfast with grandpa.

Had lunch with grandpa and gigi then sat and relaxed with a coffee before heading back up the road. Euan and I had beans on toast for tea (euan had beans on the side as he can be fussy about food touching sometimes) and then put rhona up to bed.she cried for an hour and I ended up picking her up for a cuddle twice and eventually fed her again and she still took 20 mins after that to settle.in the meantime I got euan ready for bed and read his stories then went back to shh rhona again. At 9 I heard euan getting upset and he got himself into a bit of a state before telling me a weewee was coming and then after he had been to the toilet he snuggled back down.he has a bit of a cold and crept into bed with rhona and I at 4am and slept with me. Not a habit I plan to encourage but don't mind when he is not well.
