Night in the Old Town
Even though many of the closes in Edinburgh’s Old Town have new buildings in them the variety of design, when faithful to the originals, keeps the traditional atmosphere alive particularly at night.
This one is Crichton’s Close which runs from Holyrood Road to the Canongate past the Tun and the Scottish Poetry Library.
I have blipped it before on a misty evening but looking down , not up.
