Waiting for the Carpet Fitter.

The other day V had the bright idea of redecorating my "office". I wasn't too keen but agreed so long as she did the work herself.

By coincidence I had blipped this room on 8th October. In that photo one can see a computer desk, two computers, one full sized filing cabinet and a smaller cabinet. What can't be seen are another desk with a third computer, larger screen and other bits and pieces, two large filled book cases and another small cabinet.

Well, true to her word, V has repainted the walls, ceiling, door and skirting board and when I got home from Action Heart today she had virtually emptied the room and taken up the carpet. Apparently the carpet fitter had phoned this morning and will be fitting the new carpet this afternoon.

Then the fun and games will begin, when we try to get everything back together again. (I'm using a laptop to type this!)
