Choc chip shortbread

D was off school today, sore tummy & feeling sick. I didn’t want to chance sending him in. He’s eaten ok but keeps having a really sore tummy. I made him do his homework while he was off, he wasn’t very impressed, he thought he should be able to watch MOTD :-D
Luckily part of his homework was to make something Scottish to celebrate Burns Night - so we now have done lovely choc chip shortbread. Tho it is odd shortbread because my oven is playing up and keeps turning off when the timer is used, so it took lots longer to cook than it should. Still tastes wonderful tho :-)
