Only a day late!

I forgot to get this out of the freezer yesterday in time for it to defrost to cook for dinner last night. So we had it tonight instead. The eagle eyed amongst you will note the eat by date, but that’s ok having been frozen.

I spent 6 hrs doing the invitations today......lost the will to live by the end. Was pleased that dinner was ‘sorted’ having been postponed from last night. I might just have got B to go to the chippy or Chinese in the village.......another day when I’m desperate!!!
