And now for something a little different

I spent the day at the Shambhala Center, attending a training on meditation. The purpose of meditation, according to our teacher is to be able to sit with your cr@p because if you can't sit with your cr@p, you can't sit with someone else's. Assuming you want to sit with someone else's cr@p.... I may provide reports from the field, as I work on this. 

So, I wandered outside for a walk at lunch, had my hair whipped around my head and cold drafts finding their way under my collar - it was the perfect compliment to sitting. I saw this gate on my walk and loved how whimsical it was. Decided to mess with filters to make it pop and this is what I ended up with.
