Hellebore

I love the variety of Hellebores - single, double, several colour combinations. I have six in pots in the corner between the front door and the garage - they were new last year and only two bloomed. This year four are blooming. It is such a shame that when you are standing up looking at them you often only see the outsides - see extra. To get the full beauty you have to either lie flat on the ground and look up, gently turn a flower up in your hand - or pick the pot up and stand it on the top of the wheelie bin!! I actually used fill-in flash for this as there was not enough back light to illuminate it without a slow shutter speed and it was moving in the wind.
