Oops!

I had to cycle a far too big for me bicycle with one brake to the cycle shop for repair. The Audi has gone kaput and I couldn’t fit it in the back of the Golf. The bike shop is on a roundabout called The Army and Navy. It has a stupid one lane flyover. Part of the day one entrance is open another part the other entrance is open. No wonder there are crashes on it.
I walked home and went via Tesco. Filled my rucksack with some shopping. Boy did I know it with the extra weight I was carrying.
I weighed it when I got home. Just over a stone. To think I lost 4 of those. Just shows you. How much extra you carry around with you.
Treadmill tonight. It won’t be for long as I’ve a sore foot.
