Otter

The Edinburgh sculptor Stan Wilson was asked to create a bronze otter to sit below the Dean Bridge in the Water of Leith. It is easily missed and is often partially submerged by river detritus. After last week’s snow-melt in the Pentlands, and some heavy rain as well, it is now clean and very visible and looked good as we walked down to Stockbridge this afternoon.
