Border Hills

Today we went to Galashiels to see Charlie Walker talking about a trip he and a companion made following the Asia / Europe boundary. They skied down the Urals, and then kayaked the Ural River before cycling through Turkey to Istanbul. It took them 8 months and seemed quite trying at times. He is an excellent speaker and it was a good evening. On the way down we bagged 2 Marilyns, White Meldon before lunch and Minch Moor in the afternoon. The blip is a panorama from White Melon looking south and west to Cademuir Hill, Hundleshope Heights and Whitelaw Hill. The light was terrific.
