Day #17 Puerto Chiapas - Chocolate making

Today we moved into Mexico and were back on tour doing a visit to Tuxtla Chico where we were shown how to make chocolate from the cocoa beans. It was really interesting, but the end product is no Dairy Milk or Galaxy!!
This is one of the local ladies who was kind enough to almost smile for the camera whilst making the chocolate paste. 

A relaxing afternoon on the balcony as we were only in port for the morning - it's getting a bit rocky now on board, but we love it like this :))
