Green Lemons

There are a lot of green lemons in Cyprus, and even after some research, I'm not sure if they are a slightly different species or not. They're certainly not unripe - they are absolutely gorgeous, and they are even sold in the supermarkets (they'll have separate boxes for yellow and green lemons).

These green lemons are the ones growing on the tree in our neighbour's garden, but the fruit overhangs ours, so it's ok to pick one or two, isn't it?! You can see the stalk from the lemon Mark has gallantly picked one for me... well, I do have a cold!

Thank you for all of your well wishes yesterday, I feel like a big wibbly jelly today, but at least I have stopped sneezing!
