Group work

A long and busy day today, but when we had to break into small groups and complete a task, my group chose to work outside in the garden, with these friendly zebra for company. Mohammed, our 'rapporteur' is Syrian, but has lived in Lebanon since he was a toddler. Now he has no rights to stay there and risks being returned to a country at war where he has no family. He is one of our best protection staff and it's always a pleasure to work with him. 

He's impressed everyone so much I think he'll be going to South Sudan to work for us - his first international post. Luckily it's a country that will let him in with his expired Syrian passport, there aren't many that will.
