Potato Omelette Wedge

Boots the Chemist had sent a text message to say that our prescription medicine was ready to be collected so after Ocado had delivered the shopping, we went into Saffron Walden. As often happens, when we got there one item is missing, so while we waited for it to be delivered, about an hour’s wait, we had breakfast in Waitrose.
 
So for three days in a row I have had breakfast in a cafe, which once again consisted of an omelette, this time with potato, onion, peppers and rocket; it is today’s picture. It looks quite small, but was perfect, enough to make me aware that I had eaten breakfast without eating too many calories.

Sunny today, but very windy and also very cold. We have had a little rain although snow is forecast it has not yet appeared.
