Sitting pretty

A miserable day but we still had a good time with a drive up to Cromarty. We went to see the snowdrops on the way and they were much more advanced than last week but still tightly closed, pretty though.
We went into the craft and pottery shop and spent some of our Christmas money, so many nice things to buy.
We had our lunch looking over the Sutors, a very high tide covering all the beach. We went back the Earthie way, lots of mud and water filled pot holes.This buzzard was in one of the fields and flew up into the tree.So hard to take as I was in the passenger seat and it was on Mike’s side so not the easiest angle to get a clear shot.
Watched the rugby this afternoon, a disappointing game, Wales were so much better than Scotland this time round .
