Curtains

Miss Flum is in need of some curtains to brighten up her house so she and I visited the Curtain Agency in Kirkliston.

They do not carry a large stock of shorter lengths, such as would suit a standard semi-detached but, should you wish to grace the windows in, for example, a Georgian townhouse and its high ceilings with floor-length extravagance then you are in luck, as they have the most fantastic selection of really, really long curtains in fabulous fabrics. We particularly admired the crushed velvet in wine red, the embroidered bumblebees and these in the photo, embroidered with flowers and butterflies, oh, and the raw silk, and the....
