Shades of tumeric

A lovely long lie in with copious sweet tea and reminiscing about last night's party. I think I lucked out with neighbours - I can't believe I found someone who can perform the entire lyrics and dance moves of Wannabe with me. What more could you ask of a neighbour.

My face has now evolved to having a lump on it so I did the sensible (and delightful) thing of not running. I'm frustrated that I'm now a week behind on my training plan but glad to have an excuse for a week off.

Meandered into town, dosed myself up with a turmeric latte, finished 'Eleanor Oliphant' and meandered back. Stuck a chorizo and bean stew on to cook and rewarded myself with a hot bath.
