Experimental baking

Today I attempted to make tablet. I say ATTEMPTED as the recipe I had didn't give me enough details so I googled the method. Ended up confusing myself and mix'n'matched the recipes.

It could've been a complete disaster and perhaps it's slightly more fudge like in it's current form but it is a tasty treat =)

For a first attempt at least I didn't burn the mixture and have to throw away my pot!

Will see what my 'official testers' say this weekend...
