Is for indulgence and not just of the partaking in this kladdkaka made by step-step-daughter for family meal tonight. 

It is also for taking time for self in busy day to reflect on it - something which blip encourages. Such reflection shouldn't be an indulgence but it can feel like it is on occassion.
