Climbing against the clock...

The Pier Head Clock, St. Mary Street, Cardiff, made in 1897 by W. Potts & Sons, Leeds - to tell you all those little details you've always wanted to know. Somehow I think the monkey is not part of Mr. Potts creation, but a later adornment, but who knows?
I've just used the freedom of my bus pass to go to Eastern Supermarket in Cardiff to buy bits and pieces for the Thai meal for 60 I'm cooking on the 27th.
