Forest Flame

Within the forest
There grows
A flower
A flame
A beginning
Stretching
Tendril-like fingers
Burning
The edicts of stupidity
Searching each corner
For shadows of ignorance
Raging as inferno
Through the dried remains of long dead ideas
leaving behind
Nought but ashes
A fertiliser
Feeding
Nourishing
The seedlings of new thoughts
Easing their growth
Like a flame
Shining out
From within
The forest
Of apathy
