Ouch!
Ouch is a understatement for the pain of getting very knotted thigh muscles sorted, especially when it got to the ITbands. Tim left me with very sore legs, lots less knotted legs but some big red marks to prove I’d been done! Runners knee is again diagnosed on the other knee now :-/ He says to rest til wed and then try walking downhill to test if it’s loosened enough. I’ve been warned that it may bruise, tho he did rub arnica on afterwards.
Still feel poorly but got to rest a bit in the eve as A wfh and he did band run. C was off school today - feeling poorly too. He was a bit disappointed that I didn’t have the energy to play copious board games with him.
This blip is the two of them having helpful device time :-D
