 . . . . of life along the road and in the markets.
Today we drove to Mysore and this afternoon went to a lovely fresh food market - what a hectic place but so full of vegetables, herbs, spices etc. The sounds and scents were amazing. 
Went from our hotel to the Green Hotel for our evening meal - I had a real Indian Mullagatawny soup and believe me, it tasted nothing like what comes out of the tins in the UK. There was a huge downpour just before we went out - heavens opened!  Bet the farmers are pleased as the countryside is dry.
