First date!

In two and a half years!!!

Me and Dave went to the pub tonight! First time we’ve been out together since little un moved in... mama crumbly was on baby sitting duty and we were on standby for any kind of emergency call, but little un was really cool about everything... a little bit of a stir but she resettled beautifully... so we paid through the nose for drinks that were downed in a giddy rush, but we were upright, awake, sharing conversation without screens, tv or computers in the way... lovely to know that me and the boy are still who we’ve always been, but equally great to come home to tiddlypom’s snuggles....
