Spinning the Yarn

Today was the opening day of the Glasgow School of Yarn at the Mackintosh Church. We had a series of workshops and demonstrations working creatively with wool, courtesy of The Yarn Cake.

The Hall had been transformed into a fabulous marketplace, full of hand dyed yarn and skeins too.

It was great to watch wool been spun, as you can see in the photo. Looking forward to Saturday, when we have a special guest.
