Skiing Again

Today we took another skiing trip from home, starting out by following the track we made a couple of days ago. It is so much easier when there is already a track in place.
After a while we turned off our track and up the valley, creating a new track as we tramped, more than skied, through the snow.
I took this picture looking across the shallow valley to one of the last houses on the small road over there. The track in the snow is our ski track from two days ago, where we climbed this slope to stay in the sun.  The trees in the foreground mark the line of the stream and show the lowest point in the valley.
