Sunset

Another day of bootcamp. This morning started with Burdenko. it's based in the swimming pool and you wear a buoyancy vest and use float dumbells to challenge your core and look stupid in the process.
Just as the class was finishing a huge thunderstorm struck and so we decided to take the opportunity to use the spa facilities. The spa is amazing and i was particularly impressed with the igloo! After our spa session Ian took another boxing class and I chose Zumba.
A cheeky nap followed before we ventured out for an early dinner at a local Cuban restaurant. We were lucky enough to catch an amazing sunset as we wandered along the beach and I'm setting the alarm for earlyo'clock in hope for just as amazing sunrise. X
