Sunrise

I woke up early to catch the sunrise and it was lovely to sit and ponder for an hour without any interruption. Bootcamp is starting to break us as we only managed one class today. We decided as we were aching it would be better to rest rather than cause more injury. Hehe
Our holiday is nearly over and it's gone by far to quickly. X
