If This Is Friday...

..then this must be the ferry heading north to Alaska from Fairhaven.

Which we saw from the window of Phil's daughter S's room at The Chrysalis Inn & Spa in Fairhaven, while we celebrated her new job and our new (to us) car with a bottle of Champagne late this afternoon.

After which we had an excellent dinner and more wine, and wonderful, far-ranging conversation, also at The Chrysalis.

And now it's 10:20pm and I am trying to write a coherent blip. No points for clarity, I fear, but I hope you enjoy the photo!
