Grandma and Daddad's new home

We went for our first visit to Grandma and Daddad's new place today. It is just so lovely, light everywhere and it has a homely vibe about it. There's lots of hidey holes to explore, plus the 5 acres of land, some of it native bush. The girls are having a sleep over there tomorrow night, and are very excited about it.

Their new place is about 15 minutes drive from us, and on route to Gymnastics. They've made the mistake of giving us the combination for the electric gate. It will be nice for the girls to have the opportunity to spend more time with them, they have plenty of time with my parents, but the Husband's parents have a vineyard on the out skirts of Blenheim, so summer is taken up with that, plus various other times of the year....except now they've changed how they're running it, giving them more time to spend in Auckland, where they've got 4 grandchildren...and 2 of their 3 children.

Here's hoping it is a happy home for them.
