On the move

Up at 4.15 a.m. for a six hour drive to Johannesburg followed by a one and a half hour flight down to Port Elizabeth, which I have to say is a bit of a dump and the hotel was really the only option for dinner.

Our room tonight consists of a double and a second room with twin beds, and although that’s the furthest from the bathroom, seemed the best option. We are rather shattered.

Tomorrow we head along the coast to a place called Knysna and don’t have to be up until 6.30 a.m., a rare treat of a lie-in.

No chance to take pictures today so this was taken on route. The scenery has been quite spectacular. The extra is of Rose and a sneaky snap of VSSHH having a nap.
