A Gold Medal in Snow Tunneling!

Dear Diary,

American snowboarder, Shaun White, won a gold metal at the Winter Olympics in the half pipe last night but my little Rosie took the gold this morning in Snow Tunneling, a highly challenging event for Team Chipmunk since they usually aren't "performing" in the depths of winter. But Rosie rose to the occasion putting in a stellar performance in the one meter free style tunneling event. Team Red Squirrel garnered the silver in this years AOG (Alternative Olympic Games).

Actually, Rosie looks a bit surprised when she popped up at the end of her run. I suspect she was hoping to see a bit of spring. Sorry to disappoint you Rosie. We have a long way to go yet. She quickly ran off to practice for the upcoming Cheek Suffing event. She is a gold metal contender in that one two!
