Tattie Holidays

As we wandered, cones in hand, from the Portsoy ice-cream shop towards the playpark beside Loch Soy, we passed a potato packing shed and watched for a while as the tatties moved from the field containers, into the packing machines and into bags which were then stacked on pallets ready for delivery.

Fairly relevant I'd say, given the holiday season we are currently in.
