Evening sky. SOOC

A big day. Went to the physio this morning. A specialist hand physio. What relief, now have a hand brace and was taught all the things I need to do to help myself and go back to her next week. Still very painful but what a help the soft brace is.
Water and heat seem to be the answer.
Will be back in full swing soon I hope although she expects it to take weeks. I will have to be sure I put time and effort into the rehabilitation of it.
