A walk by the Foss
This afternoon I realised I was being very unfair on Jimmy having been glued to parts of the Olympic Games for a few days. I loaded him into the car and drove to the car park by the church in Huntington and we set off on a nice footpath by the river. Unfortunately this path petered out further along and we were reduced to wading through very wet mud. After crossing over on a footbridge to walk back on the other side things only got worse until we reached a small nature reserve, carpeted in snowdrops with a decent path leading through it - see extra. Jimmy has now had his tea and settled down for a sleep; it is hard work battling through mud!
