Brum!

Having returned to the gym and spa this morning, we took the planned detour to visit Poet Girl in her adopted city.

We walked from the university along the canal to the centre and stopped for a quick lunch at Regency Wharf. 

We had a very quick tour of the City Library, which I have admired from the outside for sometime, before catching the train back and saying goodbye for a while. It is never easy to leave her but she's clearly very settled and making so much of her time there.

Home in time for home made Chinese chicken and rice to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
