Turning In Early

Today was the big celebration of reaching 60 years.....One has to be thankful for that......big job!........... besides how lucky am I to be able to celebrate with my parents and not only that my brothers came....the youngest one ( although not so young) Karl flew up from Sydney and It was such a wonderful surprise when he walked through the door.

I have played with this photo of the painting my friend Zom gave me....I have loved this painting for some time now and always coveted it when I went over and spent time in her studio....brought tears to my eyes when she gave it to me.

I hope she doesn't mind me fiddling with it...I just wanted to see where it went and I quite liked this effect.
