Incey Wincey

Met this little beauty in the garden. He's just under an inch in body length and very colourful. Not sure of his type but didn't go too close just in case he likes Scots women! Somebody did suggest he was a St Andrew spider but I think not!
I wonder if the zig zags are perhaps eggs but didn't get too close as I said.
He made quick work of expelling a leaf somebody put on his web to see if he was vegetarian! We reckon not!
