Thank you to everyone who has dropped by and left comments for me this week - it has been a weird one ...and I have not been in the frame of mind for commenting back - but it has been duly noted and is very much appreciated


Ironing done
Kitchen cleaned
Glossed the skirting boards in the front room
Bought a new sofa (arriving tomorrow)
Been to town with James.
Corin's finished my office.
Getting ready for shower then bed.

Corin has a week off this week - the business he works for is really struggling at the moment - the alarm bells rang last week when he was paid cash...he and his work mate offered to take a week off, unpaid so that the boss can get some work for them for the following week. We know that Corin has definitely got work on the following week, and fingers crossed, a significant contract is looking like it will come in too, meaning work is then secure till the summer. But its a worry really - we can manage but even so, its not something either of us want to contemplate too much - particularly given that he loves his job so much.
