Grasmere

I dropped Santana at the station for his early train and, as the weather was set fair, drove into the Lakes.  Haven't been to the central lakes for what seems like months, but I am sure it can't be.

Glorious.  Found myself near Penny Rock Woods to walk a circuit of Grasmere.  A favourite walk that I have done lots of times and it didn't disappoint today.

Home the long way round via Kendal as the Newby Bridge road has been closed for repairs for several weeks.
