RHS Wisley Blip Meet. Butterflies.

    I would first like to thank you all who came and in order from left to right in the extras are,
Nicky R,
Alan G,
1 Bluebell,
59 Daisies,
Paola,
Dissychick,
Lifes Journey,
R4T. 
and also 13South who arrived a little bit later after the shot was taken. 
I was behind the lens but I think 1Bluebell caught a shot of me later on outside.
     We all met up in the coffee shop next to the entrance to the gardens after which we all made our way down to the glasshouse where the butterflies were. Very warm inside of course but it was nice to walk around with not quite so many people in there. 

     The shot above of the Butterfly is a 'Giant Owl' (Caligo Telamonious Memnon)
     The one in the extra is a 'Great Yellow Mormon' (Papilio Lowi)

     We spent quite a time in the Glasshouse and then had some tea and snacks in the nearby cafe, after which some went on home and others including myself went to have a look at some birds through Bird Hide on the river's edge.

Thank you all very much for coming. We all hope Things Beautiful and Woofcity recover from their illnesses, who were going to come today.
