Walsingham Abbey
Today G and I went back to Walsingham Abbey to take photos of snowdrops, hopefully without the rain this time. When we set off it was very overcast and had only just stopped raining - not very encouraging. The snowdrops at Walsingham Abbey are a wonderful sight, even on a dull day, and I have never seen so many in one place as there are 18 acres of woodland carpeted with snowdrops. The path round the site was almost liquid mud in some places, but we got round in one piece. Then towards the end of the walk the sun came out and the whole scene was transformed - just amazingly beautiful. I've also included a postcard in extras of more photos including the amazing abbey ruins
