A Shag on the Beach

Sorry, but its true.....as we walked Caroline Bay this morning here it was.  Looking very demure and possibly tired (or sick) from battling ex Cyclone Gita.
From the reflections you can see that we had blue skies and much nicer temperatures.  A bit of a shock though was when we looked up to the alps a good coating of snow was to be seen.

Friend (and blipper) timguru came out for dinner tonight.....great to have a well overdue catch up with him.

And, terribly exciting is our young people won two bronze medals at the Winter Games today.....disappointing also were a couple of fourth placings but also very commendable.
