I bought some Seville oranges a while back. I’ve never made marmalade before. There never seemed to be enough time over the weekends so I bought them with me and made it whilst waiting for the boiler man. I thought I was going to end up with a lot of orange sauce at first but, no, remarkably it set and even more remarkably, it tastes good!
