Blackbird singing

A beautiful bright start to the day, sunshine bursting through the blinds coating everything in a warm coat of colour. Chatted to lots of people on the dog walk mainly about how nice it was. The future doesn't look so warm tho as people pointed out, snow next week !
This blackbird was having a good time clearing its plate of seed with only a couple of robins and a few sparrows competing for a place. The magpies seem to have moved next door this year, however they are using our twigs to build up their very substantial looking nest.
